I'm sure you're looking at my name right now with not a clue in the world how to say it. "Svee-yet-a". I am Canadian, but I have family with the ethnicity of Italian and Yugoslavian! I bet you haven't heard that country in a while! I was born and raised in Kelowna and can say I have a strong understanding of not only Kelowna itself but it's surrounding cities, neighbourhoods and it's market. I found a passion for real estate at a young age and here I am... pursuing it. I remember watching "The Haunted Mansion" with Eddie Murphy and Marsha Thomason and wishing I was the real estate workaholic. It was all just so fascinating to me. I grew up in a family surrounded by men who work in all kinds of labour jobs, such as concrete and construction and I think that had a big influence on where I am today. Your goals are my goals. No matter if you are buying or selling a home, there is more to a transaction than just looking for a house and putting in an offer.
